Last updated: 29/07/2026
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of this website and the services offered through it. Please read them carefully. By using this website, purchasing a membership, or booking a session, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who we are
This website is operated by AHX Consulting Limited, a company registered in Ireland (Company Registration Number: 797356), registered office at Apt. 11 Hawtorn House, Carrickmines Green, Glenamuck Road, Carrickmines, Dublin 18.
We operate two brands through this website:
- AHX Partners - career transition, outplacement, and executive coaching services for organisations
- The Portfolio Career Collective - a paid membership community for senior professionals building portfolio careers
You can contact us at [email protected] or [email protected]
2. Use of this website
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, interfere with its operation, or use it to transmit anything unlawful, defamatory, or harmful.
We may update, suspend, or withdraw any part of the website at any time without notice. We take reasonable care to keep the website accurate and available, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
3. Membership - The Portfolio Career Collective
3.1 What membership includes
Membership gives you access to the member area, community, content, and events as described on the sign-up page at the time you join. We may improve, add to, or reasonably vary what's included over time.
3.2 Payment and billing
Membership is a paid subscription billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected at checkout). Payments are processed securely by Kajabi, our platform and payment provider. We do not store your card details on our own systems.
By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method automatically at the start of each billing period until you cancel.
If a payment fails, we may retry it and, if it remains unpaid, suspend or end your access.
3.3 Auto-renewal and cancellation
Your membership renews automatically at the end of each billing period. You can cancel at any time through your account settings or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period - you keep access until then.
3.4 Refunds
We do not offer refunds for membership fees already paid, whether in full or pro-rata. You can cancel at any time to stop future charges.
3.5 Your right of withdrawal (EU/UK consumers)
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you normally have a statutory 14-day right to withdraw from an online purchase. Because membership gives you immediate access to digital content and services, by joining you expressly request immediate access and acknowledge that, once you access the member area, you lose the statutory right of withdrawal to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights that cannot be excluded.
3.6 Price changes
We may change membership prices. Any change will apply from your next renewal, and we will give you reasonable advance notice so you can cancel before the new price takes effect.
4. Coaching sessions and bookings
4.1 Booking
Sessions booked through this website (including discovery calls and coaching sessions) are subject to availability and confirmed by email.
4.2 Rescheduling and cancellation
If you need to reschedule or cancel a session, please give us at least 48 HOURS' notice. Sessions cancelled with less notice, or missed without notice, may be forfeited or charged in full.
If we need to reschedule, we will give you as much notice as possible and offer alternative times.
4.3 Organisational clients
Where services are provided to an organisation under a separate proposal, agreement, or statement of work, the terms of that agreement take precedence over these Terms to the extent of any conflict.
5. Community rules and acceptable use
The Portfolio Career Collective is a professional community. As a member, you agree to:
- Treat other members with respect and professionalism
- Keep other members' personal and professional information shared within the community confidential
- Not spam, solicit, or aggressively self-promote within the community
- Not share, screenshot, or redistribute member-only content or discussions outside the community
- Not use the community for any unlawful, discriminatory, or harassing purpose
We may remove content, suspend, or terminate the membership of anyone who breaches these rules. If we terminate your membership for a serious breach, no refund will be due for the remainder of your billing period.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this website and in the member area - including courses, templates, frameworks, workbooks, videos, recordings, and written materials - belongs to AHX Consulting Limited or its licensors.
You may use our materials for your own personal or internal professional development. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, share, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials without our prior written permission. Your access to materials is a licence, not a transfer of ownership, and it ends when your membership ends, except for materials expressly stated to be yours to keep.
7. No professional advice; no guaranteed outcomes
Our coaching, career guidance, community discussions, and content are provided for general professional development purposes. They do not constitute legal, financial, tax, or other regulated professional advice, and you should seek advice from a qualified professional for your specific circumstances.
Career and business outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee any particular result, including securing employment, clients, or income.
8. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under Irish law.
Subject to that:
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profits, loss of business, or loss of opportunity arising from your use of the website or our services.
- Our total liability to you in connection with the website or your membership is limited to the fees you paid to us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
If you are dealing with us as a consumer, these Terms do not affect your statutory consumer rights.
9. Privacy
How we collect and use your personal data is explained in our https://www.ahxpartners.com/privacy-policy which forms part of these Terms.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be published on this page with the date of the last update. For material changes affecting active memberships, we will give you reasonable notice.
11. General
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid, the rest remains in effect. Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms are personal to you and may not be transferred without our consent.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the Irish courts have jurisdiction over any dispute - although if you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the EU, you may also be entitled to bring proceedings in your home country.
